Accepting these terms

By using wishwell — including joining the waitlist, creating an account, or visiting this site — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We're a small team building in the open; we'll always try to be fair and reasonable.

What wishwell is

wishwell is a platform for curators to save, organise, and share products they love. It is currently in early access. Features, availability, and pricing may change as we develop the product. We'll give you reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect you.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use wishwell.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may only create one account per person. Duplicate or impersonation accounts will be removed.

Your content

You own the content you create on wishwell — your lists, items, profile, and any other material you add. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as part of operating the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on anyone else's rights. Do not post content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.

What you agree not to do

• Use wishwell for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Post content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes hatred or violence
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform in bulk without our permission
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' ability to use it

Affiliate links and earnings

wishwell may facilitate affiliate links that earn you a commission when followers purchase products from your lists. Affiliate earnings depend on third-party programmes and are not guaranteed. We make no representations about the availability, rates, or continuity of any affiliate programme. Details will be provided when this feature is made available.

Service availability

wishwell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, particularly during early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and to notify you of planned downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wishwell and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of earnings, or service interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using wishwell and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we determine your use is harmful to other users or to the platform. Where possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to address the issue before taking action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, unless we mutually agree to another means of resolution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
